The Office of the Premier in the North West Province invites South African youths to submit their applications for the Victor Thebe Sifora Provincial Bursary Applications for the 2026 academic year.   1. Fully completed bursary application form (Sections A–E)
  2. Proof of permanent residential address (letter from Traditional Authority or Municipality; water bills/statements not accepted)
  3. Certified copy of South African ID
  4. Certified Matric Statement of Results or Certificate (mandatory for all applicants)
  5. Certified copy of last academic results (for current tertiary students)
  6. Certified copy of acceptance letter from institution of higher learning
  7. Proof of parent/guardian income (salary slips or, in case of deceased/unemployed parents, death certificate or affidavit)

Important: Applicants who do not receive communication from the Office of the Premier by March 2026 should assume their application was unsuccessful.
